Refund Policy

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A payment deposit is due at time of booking. If a need to reschedule arises, you may do so within 24 hours of your appointment.

REFUND POLICY: Kindly provide 24 hour notice to ensure a full refund. If you cancel within 12 hours, you will be refunded half of your reading fee. Anything after 12 hours is non-refundable. I am unable to give refunds for completed sessions.

TIME ZONE: All appointments are booked using Eastern Standard Time (EST). Ensure there are no time conflicts prior to booking. If you are unable to keep your session due to a time zone discrepancy, please refer to the cancellation/refund policy.
